Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only in specific situations. Once you download a digital product, we cannot accept returns. We provide detailed product descriptions, previews, and system requirements to help you make an informed purchase decision.

Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund if: (1) You have not downloaded the product and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase; (2) The digital product is substantially different from its description; or (3) The product contains major technical defects that make it unusable and our team cannot resolve them.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number, purchase date, product name, and reason for the refund request. Include any relevant screenshots or details that help us understand the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Timeframe

If we approve your refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for: (1) Products that have been downloaded; (2) Products purchased more than 48 hours prior if not downloaded; (3) Items on sale or purchased with discount codes; or (4) Customized products created specifically for you.

Technical Support Before Refund

If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved with proper guidance. We will work with you to fix any problems with the product.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services, you can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. We do not offer refunds for past subscription periods you have already used. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. If your situation falls outside these guidelines but you believe a refund is warranted, please explain your circumstances in your refund request.

Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
